心痛泰颗粒对动脉粥样硬化小鼠血脂及ICAM-1、VCAM-1的影响

摘要:
目的:探讨心痛泰颗粒对动脉粥样硬化小鼠血脂及ICAM-1、VCAM-1影响的研究。方法:将Apo E-/-小鼠造模后随机分为模型组、心痛泰低、高剂量组和他汀组,每组10只,分别予以生理盐水、心痛泰低、高剂量及阿托伐他汀钙片灌胃;野生型小鼠作为空白对照组,予普通饲料正常喂养。治疗8周后检测血浆TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C,血清ICAM-1、VCAM-1变化情况。结果:心痛泰颗粒低、高剂量组、他汀组TC、TG、LDL-C水平均低于模型组,且心痛泰颗粒高剂量组低于心痛泰低剂量组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);心痛泰颗粒低剂量组、高剂量组、他汀组ICAM-1、VCAM-1水平均低于模型组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05),且高剂量组、他汀组ICAM-1、VCAM-1水平低于心痛泰低剂量组(P〈0.05),他汀组低于高剂量组(P〈0.05);心痛泰颗粒低、高剂量组、他汀组ICAM-1、VCAM-1阳性表达率均低于模型组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05),且心痛泰高剂量组、他汀组低于心痛泰低剂量组(P〈0.05),他汀组低于心痛泰高剂量组(P〈0.05)。结论:心痛泰颗粒可调节血脂,控制炎症反应,调控ICAM-1、VCAM-1的阳性表达率,干预动脉内斑块形成,从而发挥防治AS的作用。

Objective: To explore the effects of Xintongtai granule on blood lipid and ICAM-1, VCAM-1 in atherosclerotic mice. Methods: Apo E-/-mice were randomly divided into model group, low-dose Xintongtai granule group, high-dose Xintongtai granule group and statin group, with 10 mice in each group. The physiological saline, low-dose Xintongtai granule, high-dose Xintongtai granule and atorvastatin calcium tablet were administered respectively. The wild type mice were fed normally as the blank control. After 8 weeks of treatment,plasma TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C, serum ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 were detected. Results: The levels of TC,TG, LDL-C in the low-dose Xintongtai granule group, high-dose Xintongtai granule group and the statin group were lower than those in the model group, and those in high-dose Xintongtai granule group were lower than those in the low-dose Xintongtai granule group, significantly(P〈0.05). The level of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 in the low-dose Xintongtai granule group, high-dose Xintongtai granule group and statin group were significantly lower than those in the model group(P〈0.05), and the high-dose Xintongtai granule group and statin group were lower than those in the low-dose Xintongtai granule group(P〈0.05), and the statin group were lower than those in the high-dose Xintongtai granule group(P 0.05). The positive expression rate in the low-dose Xintongtai granule group, high-dose Xintongtai granule group and statin group were significantly lower than those in the model group(P〈0.05), those in high-dose Xintongtai granule group and statin group were lower than those in the low-dose Xintongtai granule group(P〈0.05), and those in statin group were lower than those in the high-dose Xintongtai granule group(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Xintongtai granule can regulate blood lipid, control the inflammatory response, regulate the positive expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1, and interfere with the formation of arterial plaque, so as to play the role of prevention and treatment of AS.
