目的：研究TgN（p53mt—LMP1）／HT转基因小鼠鼻腔和鼻咽黏膜上皮细胞增殖与p16、c-jun基因表达的关系。方法：TgN（p53mt—LMPI）／HT小鼠和野生型C57BL／6J小鼠分别分为诱癌组和对照组，即TgN（p53mt—LMPI）／HT诱癌组（TI）、TgN（p53mt—LMP1）／HT对照组（TC）、C57BL／6J诱癌组（CI）和C57BU6J对照组（CC）4组，H—E染色法观察各组小鼠鼻腔和鼻咽黏膜上皮细胞增殖特征，比较癌前病变率；免疫组织化学染色法检测各组小鼠鼻腔和鼻咽黏膜上皮组织中p16、c—iun基因的表达水平。结果：TI组小鼠鼻腔或鼻咽黏膜上皮细胞非典型性增生明显，TI、TC、CI和CC组小鼠鼻腔和／或鼻咽黏膜上皮癌前病变率...

Objective: To investigate the relationship between the proliferation of nasal and nasopharyngeal epithelium with the expression of p16 and c-jun genes in TgN (p53mt-LMP1)/HT transgenic mice.
