目的 探讨自体角膜缘干细胞移植术对复发性翼状胬肉的临床效果。方法 将接受治疗的85例（85眼）复发性翼状胬肉患者随机分为A、B2组．自体角膜缘干细胞移植术为A组45例（45眼），羊膜移植术为B组40例（40眼）。复发性翼状胬肉切除过程中，虹膜恢复器“裁纸”样将胬肉组织自角膜上剥离，显微有齿镊类似“撕囊法”彻底清除角、巩膜上残留胬肉组织。于角膜缘上方或下方取与缺损角膜缘等长的自体角膜缘干细胞，宽约3min，并不一定完全遮盖巩膜暴露区。10-0无损伤缝线将植片与植床间断缝合牢固。羊膜移植采用传统手术。临床随访观察5～12月。结果治愈率：A组为88．89％，B组为65％；有效率：A组为93．...

Objective To observe the clinical effects of auto-corneal limbus stem cells transplantation on recurrent pterygtums. Methods Eighty-five recurrent pterygtums undergone surgery were randomly divided into 2 groups： group A and group B.
