视网膜中央动脉阻塞13例,辨证分为气滞血瘀型和气虚血瘀型,分别采用血府逐瘀汤和补阳还五汤加减,配合静脉推注血栓通和球后注射归红注射液等,均获显效,提高了视力,扩大了视野,缩短了视网膜循环时间,挽救了患者的部分视功能。

13 cases were divided on the basis of syndrome differentiation, into 2 groups, type of Qi-stagnation Blood - stasis and type of Qi - deficient Blood - stasis, and were treated with Decoction of Stasis Expelling from Blood Chamber, and Buyang Huan Wu Decoction with modifications respectively, together with Xuexuantong i.v. and retro bulbar injection of Guihong injections, all with satisfactory results.The eyesights .were ,improved, visual field expanded circulation time in retina shortened, thus...
