目的:研究高脂血症痰瘀病理演变中胰岛素抵抗变化的特点.方法:对高脂血症35例痰瘀阻络证、33例脾虚痰凝证及29例非痰非瘀证病人和30例健康人进行了中医症征积分、血糖(FPG)、血胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI)、胰岛素分泌功能指数(IS)、血清脂质过氧化物(LPO)和血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)检测及相关分析.结果:痰瘀阻络证和脾虚痰凝证病人的FPG、FINS、IS及LPO均呈健康对照组

Objective: To study the characteristics of the change of insulin resistance in the pathological evolution in the phlegm-blood stasis syndrome of hyperlipemia. Methods: Among the hyperlipemia cases like syndrome of phlegm-blood stasis 35 cases, syndrome of phlegm congealment due to spleen-deficiency 33 cases, non-phlegm and non blood-stasis 29 cases and 30 healthy people, the related tests and analysis were made like the integral of tcm symptoms and syndromes, FPG, FINS, IS, LPO and SOD.
