摘要:
小儿抽动障碍是一种慢性神志障碍性疾病,同时也是临床上增长趋势较高的疾病。头皮针抽添法运用头皮针提插补泻手法从神论治以安神定志,从而治愈小儿神志疾患。林亚平教授,博士生导师,从事针灸研究及临床工作数十年,积累了较为丰富的临床经验,对重症肌无力、运动神经元性疾病、胃肠道疾病、带状疱疹、抽动障碍等疾病有独特认识和较好的治疗方法。林亚平教授运用针灸辨证论治原理寻找病变经络,并采用头皮针抽添法祛邪扶正,对于小儿抽动障碍患者的治疗有着显著的疗效。

摘要:
Norfloxacin (NOF) is an environmentally harmful and ubiquitous aquatic pollutant with extensive production and application. In this study, a novel composition named carbon-based composite photocatalytic material of zinc oxide and zinc sulphide (ZnO/ZnS@BC) was successfully obtained by the impregnation-roasting method to remove NOF under UV-light. Scanning electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometer characterised the composition. ZnO/ZnS was successfully decorated on the surface of biochar (BC). The pH, the ZnSO(4)/PS ratio, and ions and quenchers, were investigated. High removal efficiency was obtained with a pH of 7 and a ZnSO(4)/PS ratio of 1:1, and the removal ratio of NOF reached 95% within three hours; the adsorption and degradation ratios reached 46% and 49%, respectively. Fe(2+) promoted the degradation of NOF, whereas other ions inhibited it, with NO(3)(-) showing the strongest inhibitory effect. Three reactive species (tert-butanol, quinone, and ammonium oxala) were identified in the catalytic system. The decreasing order of the contribution of each reactive species was: O(2)(-) > ·OH(-) > h(+). Additionally, a recycling experiment demonstrated the stability of the catalyst; the catalytic degradation ratio of NOF reached 78% after five successive runs. Therefore, ZnO/ZnS@BC possessed strong adsorption capacity and high ultraviolet photocatalysis ability.

白芍七物颗粒对NLRP3炎症体介导溃疡性结肠炎调控研究

摘要:
目的探讨白芍七物颗粒对大鼠溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)的治疗作用及作用机制。方法将SD雄性SPF级大鼠105只,随机分成正常组,模型组,阳性对照组,白芍七物颗粒低、中、高剂量组,半胱氨酸蛋白酶- 1(Caspase - 1)阻滞剂组,每组15只。除正常组外,其余各组大鼠均给予2,4,6 -三硝基苯磺酸(TNBS) - 25%乙醇0. 25mL混合液灌肠建立UC模型,正常组大鼠给予等量生理盐水灌肠。确定造模成功后第2天开始给予灌胃治疗,阳性对照组给予美沙拉嗪溶液剂灌胃、白芍七物颗粒低、中、高剂量组分别给予相应剂量的白芍七物颗粒灌胃,Caspase - 1阻滞剂组给予VX - 765溶液剂灌胃,连续治疗14d,正常组、模型组不予处理。观察大鼠精神状态及死亡情况,计算大鼠的疾病活动指数(DAI) ,采集结肠组织,计算结肠黏膜损伤指数(CMDI) ,荧光定量逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT - PCR)法检测大鼠结肠组织NOD样受体蛋白3(NLR family,pyrin domain containing 3,NLRP3) 、接头蛋白ASC(apoptosis - associated speck - like protein containing a CARD) 、Caspase - 1、IL - 1β、IL - 18的mRNA表达,蛋白印迹法(Western blot)法检测大鼠结肠组织NLRP3、ASC、Caspase - 1相关蛋白表达,采取腹主动脉血,ELISA法检测血清IL - 1β、IL - 18表达量。结果除正常组外,其他各组造模后均有明显的溃疡性结肠炎临床症状和病理学改变(P < 0. 05) ;模型组、阳性对照组、白芍七物颗粒低、中、高剂量组、caspase - 1阻滞剂组结肠组织中NLRP3 mRNA、ASC mRNA、Caspase - 1 mRNA 、IL - 1βmRNA 、IL - 18mRNA表达量及血清中IL - 1β、IL - 18表达量高于正常组(P < 0. 05) ;白芍七物颗粒低、中、高剂量组、阳性对照组结肠组织中NLRP3 mRNA、ASC mRNA、Caspase - 1 mRNA 、IL - 1βmRNA 、IL - 18mRNA表达量及血清中IL - 1β、IL - 18表达量均明显低于模型组(P < 0. 01) ,与白芍七物颗粒中剂量组相比,阳性对照组、白芍七物颗粒低、高剂量组结肠组织中NLRP3 mRNA、ASC mRNA、Caspase - 1 mRNA 、IL - 1βmRNA 、IL - 18mRNA表达量及血清中IL - 1β、IL - 18表达量较高(P < 0. 05) ,Caspase - 1阻滞剂组与之相比无明显差异(P > 0. 05) 。结论美沙拉嗪、白芍七物颗粒、VX - 765溶液剂均对UC有治疗作用,其中以中剂量白芍七物颗粒、VX - 765溶液剂治疗效果最佳,两者无明显差异(P > 0. 05) ,其治疗作用与降低结肠组织中降低结肠组织NLRP3 mRNA、Caspase - 1 mRNA 、ASC mRNA、IL - 1βmRNA 、IL - 18mRNA表达量、血清中IL - 1β、IL - 18表达量有关。

摘要:
After successively introducing elements of a triple-helix aptamer probe (TAP) and a luminol–hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) solution, we proposed a brand-new chemiluminescence (CL)-based biosensor for the assay of ochratoxin A (OTA). Primarily, the TAP contains an aptamer loop, two DNA segment stems, and a triplex-forming oligonucleotide (signal probe). In the presence of a target, the aptamer sequence binds to the target with an impressive affinity. This association leads to a conformational change in the TAP, thus releasing the signal probe. Sequentially, with the participation of hemin and potassium ions, the dissociated probe forms into a G-quadruplex structure that is capable of catalyzing luminol to produce CL mediated by H2O2. In contrast, in the absence of the target, a low background signal remains. Using this approach of combining a novel TAP switch with a G-quadruplex-catalyzed luminol-H2O2 system, we presented a label-free and signal-on CL strategy for the measurement of OTA. Under optimal conditions, the gradually strengthened signal maintained a linear dependence on target concentrations ranging from 0.1 ng/mL to 2.0 ng/mL, and the detection limit was as low as 0.07 ng/mL. This newly designed, simple, and cost-effective protocol affords high sensitivity, specificity, suitability, and efficacy for biosensing. Thus, this protocol is attractive for a range of target quantifications, with only the matched aptamer requiring replacement (no redesign of signal probes). © 2019 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
Incorporating elements of triple-helix aptamer probes (TAP), catalyzed hairpin assembly (CHA) signal amplification and host-guest recognition, a novel “signal-on” sensing strategy for sensitive electrochemical quantification of tetracycline (TC) was reported unprecedentedly. TAP was formed involving an aptamer loop, two-segment stems and a triplex oligonucleotide serving as trigger probe. Then, the trigger probe would be released from TAP once the target presented due to the conformational variation of TAP induced by aptamer binding event, sparking off the upcoming CHA amplification reaction, in which two coexisting DNA hairpins (H1 and H2 both modified with the electroactive molecules) would hybridize into plentiful H1–H2 double helices. Afterwards, the Exonuclease III was added, demolishing double helices and simultaneously releasing plentiful electroactive molecules which were capable of diffusing onto the electrode surface under the assistance of β-cyclodextrin due to host-guest recognition, where appreciable signals were enriched and generated. As thus, considerably slight amounts of targets though, emitted trigger probes, yet efficiently engining spectacular CHA cycles of reactions through which amplified signals were yielded, and in turn progressively enabling the sensitive target detection done. Under optimal conditions, the growing signal stayed a linear relation along with the logarithm of the target concentrations ranging from 0.2 nM to 100 nM, the detection limit reaching as low as 0.13 nM. This approach was desirable regarding to sensitivity, detection limit and range, prospectively rendering a service for diverse targets detection by easily replacing the matched aptamer loop of TAP. © 2019 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
Smartly coupling exonuclease-induced target recycling signal amplifications with β-cyclodextrin host-guest recognition, a novel “signal-on” aptamer sensor for sensitive determination of ochratoxin A (OTA) was proposed for the first time. Firstly, the formation of double-strand DNA (dsDNA) was occurred by hybridizing OTA aptamer with its complementary DNA (cDNA) and as the probe DNA the cDNA at its 3′ terminal was labeled with methylene blue (MB). Next, when OTA was present, the aptamer tended to form aptamer-OTA complex with conformation of G-quadruplex instead of aptamer-cDNA duplex, leading to thus the probe DNA separating from dsDNA complex. Then the RecJf exonuclease was added, demolishing partially G-quadruplex structure and releasing a certain number of OTA. Sequentially, those released OTA would continue to react with the rest of aptamer in dsDNA, drawn into development of a new round of G-quadruplex complex, where the target cycling was realized. Meanwhile, as a signal molecule, MB modified on cDNA was liberated along with the cDNA being digested into monoucleotides by RecJf exonuclease, capable of diffusing onto the electrode surface due to host-guest recognition with β-cyclodextrin, whereupon the signal was enriched and yielded. In this way, cycles of target with continuous output of signal indicators were undergone, in which the detection of target was in return fulfilled with signal amplification owing to the joint endeavor of exonuclease and β-cyclodextrin. Under the optimal conditions, the raising signal maintained a linear relation with the logarithm of the target concentrations ranging from 10 pg/mL to 10.0 ng/mL and the detection limit reached as low as 3 pg/mL. This brand-new strategy was simple and low-cost but satisfactory in terms of detection limit, range and sensitivity, in all possibility to be applied extensively for diverse targets detection by easily alternating the corresponding aptamers. © 2018 Elsevier B.V.

语音是语言的基础,汉语语音教学在汉语教学中居于决定地位,因此,对外汉语教师应帮助学习者在汉语语音的基本声韵方面打下坚实的基础,但是,传统的带读、演示和动态图片等教学方法使学生的参与感较弱,因此,教师带领学生使用"绕口令"这一充满趣味性的练习形式,可以提高学生的参与感和竞争意识。该文以英语母语的汉语初级学习者为研究对象,首先,分析绕口令在汉语语音基本声韵练习中的作用;其次,分析学习者在学习汉语语音基本声韵的难点;最后,提出绕口令在汉语语音基本声韵教学中的运用建议。

摘要:
Abstract: A simple electrochemical method for detecting glutathione reductase was developed in this work. It was observed that the impedance of electrode increased obviously after the electrode modification by glutathione, and the value of impedance was closely related to the reduced glutathione (GSH) concentration. Based on the fact that glutathione reductase (GR) could catalyze oxidized glutathione (GSSG) to GSH rapidly in the presence of NADPH (β-nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide 2'-phosphate reduced), and as GSH was immobilized on the gold electrode surface, the impedance increased drastically. Meanwhile, it was found that the impedance was correlated with the activity of GR, and a chemical equation was obtained based on the relationship between the impedance and enzymatic activity. The range of enzymatic activity that could be measured at 0.005‒0.5 U by using this assay, and the detection limit was 0.005 U (1 U means reduction of 1.0 μmol GSSG per min at pH 7.2 at 25°C). The enzymatic activity of GR obtained by this method was compared with those obtained by colorimetric detection, and the results showed that the new method is reliable. Therefore, the new method is highly sensitive with convenience consuming time within 20 min to complete a test, thus showing a promising potential of being applied in medicine. © 2019, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.

目的探讨针灸对大鼠溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)的治疗作用及作用机制。方法将SD雄性SPF级大鼠40只,随机分成正常组、模型组、电针组、隔药灸组,每组10只。除正常组外,其余各组大鼠均给予2,4,6 -三硝基苯磺酸(TNBS) - 25%乙醇0.25ml混合液灌肠建立UC模型,空白组大鼠给予等量生理盐水灌肠。隔药灸组、电针组选取“天枢”(双)和“气海”进行隔药灸或电针穴位治疗,连续治疗14d,正常组、模型组不予处理。观察大鼠精神状态及死亡情况,计算大鼠的疾病活动指数(DAI) ,采集结肠组织,计算结肠黏膜损伤指数(CMDI) 、检测大鼠结肠组织中NLRP3 mRNA及IL - 1β mRNA相对表达量,采取腹主动脉血,检测血清中NLRP3、NOXs、ROS及IL - 1β的表达量。结果除正常组外,各模型组造模后均有明显的溃疡性结肠炎临床症状和病理学改变(P < 0.05) ;模型组、电针组、隔药灸组NLRP3 mRNA、 IL - 1βmRNA表达量,NOXs、ROS、NLRP3及IL - 1β表达量高于正常组(P < 0.05) ;电针组、隔药灸组NLRP3 mRNA及IL - 1βmRNA表达量,NOXs、ROS、NLRP3及IL - 1β表达量均明显低于模型组(P < 0.01) 。结论电针、隔药灸可能通过影响NOXs - ROS - NLRP3信号传导通路发挥治疗UC的作用。

摘要:
文章运用质性研究方法发现西医留学生在学习中医过程中大量运用比较思维,主要是针对中医和西医以及中医和来源国传统医学的比较。基于此,文章描述了西医留学生学习中医过程中比较思维运用的客观存在的现象,分析了运用比较思维的内在原因,阐述了运用比较思维对学习中医的影响,并且提出,教师在教学过程中可以积极鼓励并且引导他们如何更好地通过比较来加以鉴别,更好地了解中医的特色及长处以及中医的思维特点,以此提高中医对外教育质量的水平。

针灸治疗延迟性肌肉酸痛取穴规律探究

摘要:
目的:分析总结针灸治疗延迟性肌肉酸痛(DOMS)文献中的取穴规律。方法:按文献检索策略,经万方、维普、中国知网、Pub Med等数据库筛选出符合纳入标准的DOMS文献,对其取穴规律进行探索分析。结果:针灸治疗DOMS主要选用膀胱经、脾经以及阿是穴;使用频率最高的腧穴依次为足三里、血海、阿是穴。结论:针灸治疗DOMS以循经取穴、局部取穴相结合,主要选用膀胱经、脾经,常使用足三里、血海、阿是穴等穴位治疗。
