目的:调查鼻咽癌患者及其家系成员的中医体质类型分布情况.方法:运用中医体质调查表,对16名初诊鼻咽癌患者、38名放疗后鼻咽癌患者、119名鼻咽癌核心家系成员及98名家系成员之配偶(作为对照)的体质类型进行调查.采用SPSS(10.0)进行统计分析.结果:鼻咽癌家系成员体质以虚弱质为特点,而鼻咽癌放疗后患者以虚热及虚瘀体质为特点.回归分析显示,虚弱质为家系成员的主要体质高危因素,虚热及虚瘀体质、癌家族史及嗜食腌熏食品为鼻咽癌患者发病相关的主要危险诱因.结论:虚弱质是鼻咽癌发生的首要内因和基本体质,而在鼻咽癌形成后及治疗中则出现虚热及虚瘀体质.

Objective:To investigate the distribution of constitutional pattern among NPC cases and their family lines. Methods:Subjects in this survey included 16 cases of untreated NPC patients, 38 cases with NPC survived for more than one year after treatment, 119 members among the family lines of NPC cases, and 98 spouses of members among the family lines surveyed as control.
