目的:探讨宁神温胆汤对精神分裂症模型大鼠海马神经细胞凋亡蛋白bax、bcl-2表达的影响。方法:随机将40只SD大鼠分为正常组、模型组、宁神温胆汤组、盐酸氯丙嗪组4组。各组分别给药,每天1次,共21d,最后1d给药1h后,正常组腹腔注射生理盐水2mg.kg~(-1)外,其他3组腹腔注射阿朴吗啡盐酸半水2mg.kg~(-1),观察15min后断头处死。结果:与模型组比较,宁神温胆汤组、氯丙嗪组bax降低,bcl-2升高,bcl-2/bax比值升高,差异具有统计学意义(P
