介绍与总结乳腺癌的治疗思路与方法。笔者认为乳腺癌发生的根本病机在于“阴极阳衰”、阳气亏虚、“阳化气”功能不足,寒凝、痰饮、瘀血、癌毒等“阴成形”太过。随着这些有形之阴邪的不断积聚,阻滞于乳络而发为乳腺癌,并由此提出温阳法是乳腺癌的治疗大法,温阳以扶正,温阳以抑阴。同时审详标实之候,综合运用温阳行气解郁、温阳化痰散结、温阳活血化瘀、温阳清解癌毒、温阳调摄冲任等法,以期收到标本兼顾、温阳不留邪、祛邪即扶正的目的,并列举临床验案一则,以飨同道。

This article introduces and summarizes the ideas and methods of breast cancer.The author thinks that the basic pathogenesis of breast cancer lies in the“Yin Excess and Yang Deficiency”,the deficiency of Yang Qi,the insufficiency of Yang transforming Qi function,and the excessive“Yin formation”of cold coagulation,phlegm fluid,blood stasis and cancer toxin.With the accumulation of these visible Yin evils,breast cancer is caused by blocking the breast collaterals.It is suggested that warming Yang is the main treatment of breast cancer.At the s...
