目的:挖掘中国知网数据库(CNKI)中治疗前列腺癌的中药复方,并尝试探讨前列腺癌的用药规律及病机治法。方法:收集近10年中国知网数据库收录的治疗前列腺癌文献,按照纳入及排除标准对文献进行筛选,将纳入文献中的中药复方导入Excel 2007并建立数据库,运用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)统计中药复方的药物及四气五味归经频次、药物组合频次并分析用药规律和提炼本病的药物核心组合及聚类新处方,最后总结并探讨前列腺癌的病机治法。结果:共收集到80个治疗前列腺癌的中药复方共有177味中药纳入研究,以补虚药、利水渗湿药、清热药与活血化瘀药为主,出现频次最高的中药是黄芪。药物四气以温寒平为主,五味以辛...
