目的观察地奥司明治疗淤积性皮炎的临床疗效。方法将入选的79例淤积性皮炎患者随机分为两组，全部患者均予地氯雷他定片、复方丹参片及卤米松三氯生乳膏治疗，治疗组同时加用地奥司明治疗。治疗4周后评价临床疗效。结果治疗组痊愈率35．00％，有效率为85．00％，对照组分别为12．82％和61．54％，差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05），且治疗期间均未发现明显不良反应。结论地奥司明治疗淤积性皮炎疗效好，且比较安全。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of curing stasis dermatitis with diosmin. Methods Seventy-nine patients with stasis dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups. All the patients were treated with desloratadine tablets, compound Danshen tablets and halometasone/triclosan cream. The cases in the treat-ment group were given diosmin tablets additionally.
