Content determination of camphor,menthol and phenol in compound spiritus camphorae by gas chromatography

目的 建立气相色谱法测定复方樟脑醑中樟脑、薄荷脑、苯酚的含量的方法.方法 采用KB-WAX型毛细管柱(30.00 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm);载气为氮气,流速:3.0 ml/min;氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)程序升温,初始温度为130℃,保持10 min,以5℃/min的速率升温至230℃,保持5 min;进样口温度:200℃;检测器温度:250℃,外标法测定.结果 樟脑、薄荷脑、苯酚能很好分离.樟脑、薄荷脑、苯酚的线性范围分别为0.2029～1.6232 mg/ml (r=0.9993,n=9),0.1964～1.5712 mg/ml (r=0.9995,n=9),0.2074～1.6592 mg/ml (r=0.9999,n=9),平均回收率分别为99.43％(RSD=0.85％)、l01.85％(RSD=0.84％)、101.45％(RSD=0.53％).结论 该...
