Expression of Genes Related to Genome Stability and DNA Repair in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Clustering Families with Vacuous Pattern

目的:研究气虚质鼻咽癌高癌家系成员基因组稳定与修复基因的表达情况。方法:在鼻咽癌高发区广东中山市,选择气虚质鼻咽癌高癌家系成员为研究对象,以正常质鼻咽癌高癌家系成员、鼻咽癌患者为对照,以基因组稳定和修复之功能分类基因芯片及实时荧光定量PCR技术进行研究。结果:鼻咽癌高癌家系成员DNA损伤修复基因主要以上调表达为主,且上调幅度高,下调的基因少且幅度低,气虚质较正常质鼻咽癌高癌家系成员的基因亦以上调表达为主,荧光定量PCR检测结果与芯片检测结果基本一致。结论:鼻咽癌高癌家系成员存在着特定的DNA损伤修复基因变化规律,气虚状态亦可影响DNA损伤修复基因变化。

Objective: We will observe the expression of genes related to genome stability and DNA repair in the members of NPC clustering families with vacuous pattern. Methods: In the Zhongshan city which there is highly incidence rate of NPC, we chose the members of the NPC clustering families with vacuous pattern as object, and the members of the NPC clustering families with normal pattern and NPC patient as the control group.
