目的:观察四神丸对脾肾阳虚型泄泻模型大鼠胃肠运动及Ghrelin的影响.方法:将72只SPF级SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、得舒特、四神丸高、中、低剂量组,每组12只.除正常组外,其余各组均采用灌服腺嘌呤和番泻叶水煎剂复制脾肾阳虚型泄泻大鼠模型.给药14 d后观察各组大鼠一般状态、腹泻指数、胃肠运动及血清Ghrelin含量变化.结果:模型组大鼠一般状态虽有所改善但腹泻仍持续存在,且胃残留率、小肠推进率及血清Ghrelin含量与正常组比较均有显著性差异(P＜0.01).四神丸各剂量组、得舒特组上述指标均较模型组有所改善(P ＜0.05或P＜0.01).且四神丸高剂量组胃内残留率和小肠推进率明显优于其他各给药组...

Objective： To observe the effect of Sishen pill on the gastrointestinal motility and Ghrelin of rats with diarrhea of Asdthenic Splenonephro- yang.
