目的:探讨复方钩藤降压片(Compound uncaria antihypertensive tablet,CGTA)与替米沙坦(Telm-isartan,TMST)对左心室肥厚干预后心肌组织蛋白质的变化.方法:将20只分别予以CGTA、TMST干预的左心室肥厚的大鼠的心肌组织进行iTRAQ检测分析,通过对差异蛋白Pathway富集分析,选择与通路相关的蛋白质.结果:筛选出3条通路(补体和凝血级联、紧密连接、TGF-β信号通路)的影响值P

Objective:To investigate the changes of myocardial tissue protein after the intervention of Compound Gouteng Jiangya Tablet(CGTA)and Telmisartan(TMST)in the rats with left ventricular hypertrophy.Methods:The myocardial tissues of 20 rats with left ventricular hypertrophy treated with CGTA and TMST were analyzed by iTRAQ,and the pathway-related proteins were selected by pathway enrichment analysis of differential proteins.Results:Three pathways(complement and coagulation cascade,tight junction,TGF-βsignaling pathway)and 12 differential proteins...
