文章主要探讨湖湘欧阳氏杂病临症思维形成发展之源流。湖湘欧阳氏杂病流派创始人提出寒温并重,对比思辨,开流派临症思维之肇端,第一代传承人构建了以主症辨证三法;三型二十一纲,互为纲目辨证纲领;由症入手,病证纵横结合的症证病三联诊疗体系。第二代传人则致力于各自临床或方法学领域,提出疑难杂病临床辨治和临床科研的具体原则、思路和方法,从不同角度完善和发展了湖湘欧阳氏杂病流派临床思维。

To explore the origin and development of Hunan Ouyangs clinical thinking on Miscellaneous Diseases.The founder of Hunan Ouyangs miscellaneous diseases genres emphasized on both cold and warm syndromes and used comparative analysis.The first generation of its successors developed a triple therapy of diagnosis and treatment by combining disease,syndrome and symptom together on the basis of clarifying main symptoms with three procedures,differentiation with three types and twenty-one sub-types symptoms and treatment from symptoms.The second ge...
