Common Ultrasonic Image Feature of Uterus Myoma and Its Correlation to TCM Syndromes

目的：探讨子宫肌瘤常见中医证型超声声像图特征及其相关性。方法：根据诊断和辨证标准纳入122例子宫肌瘤患者，然后进行超声检查，采用统计学软件对子宫肌瘤四种常见中医证候的超声声像图特征及其相关性进行分析。结果：不同证候间子宫肌瘤位置分布以及最大径、平均直径差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05），最大径和差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。气虚血瘀型子宫肌瘤最大径及平均直径为5～10 cm 者比例均大于气滞血瘀型子宫肌瘤，其余各证型之间最大径及平均直径两两比较差异均无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。不同中医证候间不同超声回声比例差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05），其中痰湿瘀结证回声不匀者占...
