药膳使食品与药品得到了良好的结合,合理利用药膳,能起到防病治病、强身健体的作用。药膳的合理利用需要遵循中医临床合理安全的用药原则。本文着重介绍温里药膳的不合理利用行为和其造成的不良影响,以及如何合理利用温里药膳,如合理炮制、使用适量,注重选材、搭配等。

The medicinal food build the bridge for the combination of food and drug. The rational utilization of medicinal food could prevent and treat diseases, and it should follow the the principle of clinical Chinese medicine.
