目的探究养阴清热、活血利水之丹黄明目汤对糖尿病视网膜病变激光术后VEGF/PEDF调节机制的研究。方法将40只雄性棕色挪威(Brown Norway,BN)大鼠随机分为空白组(A组,10只)和模型组(30只)。采用40 mg/kg STZ腹腔注射诱导模型组大鼠建立DR模型,监测大鼠的体重和血糖,12周后进行FFA检查及血清P-Selectin、cAMP、c GMP的测定,经HE染色后光镜下观察视网膜组织形态,确认成功建立DR模型。所有模型组大鼠右眼行视网膜氩激光光凝,左眼不行激光光凝。将模型组随机分为B组(模型对照组)、C组(阳性对照组)、D组(丹黄明目汤组),每组10只大鼠。A组和B组予蒸馏水灌胃,C组予羟苯磺酸钙悬浮液灌胃,D组予...
