Immunopathological Significance of CD4 ＋ CD25 ＋Regulatory T Cells and Th17 Cells in Patients with Intermiddle and Advanced Stage Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

目的：探讨中晚期鼻咽癌患者外周血 CD4＋ CD25＋ T 调节细胞和 Th17细胞的免疫病理意义。方法采用流式细胞术、RT-PCR 方法检测15例中晚期鼻咽癌患者外周血 CD4＋ CD25＋ T 调节细胞、Th17细胞比例和 Foxp3、ROR-γt 转录活性，并与10例健康体检者相应指标进行比较，分析其免疫病理意义。结果中晚期鼻咽癌患者外周血 CD4＋ CD25＋ T 调节细胞比例及 Foxp3转录活性明显高于健康体检者（P ＆lt;0.05）；而 Th17细胞比例及 ROR-γt 转录活性低于健康体检者（P ＆lt;0.05）。结论 CD4＋ CD25＋ T 调节细胞、转录因子 Foxp3和 Th17细胞比例、转录因子 ROR-γt 共同构成一个平衡反馈体系，参与中晚期...
