Hui Acupuncture Combined with Ju-sports Acupuncture in the Treatment of Acute Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

目的:观察恢刺配合巨刺运动针法治疗急性期肩周炎的临床疗效,为发挥针灸优势、治疗肩周炎提供新的思路和方法。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例急性期肩周炎的患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例。治疗组采用恢刺配合巨刺运动针法治疗,对照组予以常规针刺治疗,比较两组治疗前后患肩疼痛VAS评分、肩关节活动度评分以及治疗后临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组临床疗效比较:治疗组优于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P
