皮肤病包括细菌性皮肤病、病毒性皮肤病、真菌病、过敏性皮肤病、物理性皮肤病、结缔组织疾病与色素障碍性皮肤病等。腧穴热敏灸是以经络理论为指导,采用艾条温和灸体表的热敏化穴,激发经络感传,促进经气运行以使气至病所的治疗方法。因其不接触人体、无伤害、无痛苦、副作用少、操作方便、经济实用等诸多优势,不断在皮肤科得到广泛推广和应用。本研究主要综述了近年来腧穴热敏灸在皮肤科中的应用及研究现状,提出腧穴热敏灸在皮肤科临床应用与研究中存在的一些问题与解决对策,以期为腧穴热敏灸在皮肤科推广应用与发展提供一定的临床依据。

Skin diseases contain bacterial skin diseases, viral skin diseases, fungal disease, allergic skin dis-eases, physical skin disease,connective tissue diseases and pigment barrier skin diseases, etc.Under the guid-ance of channels and collaterals theory,acupoints heat-sensitive moxibustion is a treatment method which ap-plies mild moxibustion to find the heat sensitive point in body surface and to arouse the sense of main and collat-eral channels, promoting Qi extending to affect parts.It is out of touch with the human body, without damage and pain,with few side-effects, easy operation,economica...
