Efficacy Analysis of Replacement for the Comminuted Fracture of Old of Humeral Head Prosthesis Age Surgical Neck of Humerus

目的:探讨人工肱骨头置换治疗老年肱骨外科颈粉碎性骨折的疗效.方法:采用Thompson入路,人工肱骨头置换治疗老年肱骨外科颈粉碎性骨折49例,按Neer分型:三部分骨折28例,四部分骨折21例.术后随访,行Neer肩关节功能评分、VAS疼痛评分、肩关节活动度测定.结果:患者均无感染、假体周围骨折、无假体松动、脱位以及神经损伤等并发症.按照Neer肩关节功能评分标准提示优良率90.13％,VAS疼痛评分为15.25±62分.肩关节活动度上举为100.5±5.2,后伸41士8.2,外展88.2±10.1,外旋72±6.1,内旋75.2±2.9.结论:人工肱骨头置换术是治疗老年肱骨外科颈粉碎性骨折有效的方法,术后功能恢复快,能有效减轻肩关节疼痛,恢...

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of replacement of humeral head prosthesis for the comminuted fracture of old age surgical neck of humerus. Methods：Through thompson approach, 49 cases of comminuted fracture of old age Surgical neck of humerus were treated with replacement of humeral head prosthesis.
