目的:观察针刀松解联合续筋接骨液内服治疗NeerⅡ期肩袖损伤的临床疗效。方法:选取60例肩袖损伤患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组患者予续筋接骨液口服治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用针刀松解治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组VAS评分均下降,ROM评分及UCLA评分均上升,差异均有统计学意义（P
