Optimization of Ziyinmingmu Tablets Extraction Process by Multi-Index Orthogonal Experiment

目的：优选滋阴明目片的提取工艺。方法以马钱苷、丹酚酸B的含量及浸膏得率为综合评价指标，采用 L9（3^4）正交试验设计，考察加水量、提取时间、提取次数3个因素对提取工艺的影响。结果最佳提取工艺为加（10，10，10）倍量水，提取3次，每次提取时间为90 min。结论优选的水提取工艺稳定、可行。

Objective To optimize tbe extract process of Ziyinmingmu Tablets. Method Witb tbe content and extraction rate of tbe lo-ganin and salvianolic acid B as tbe comprebensive evaluation index,Tbe ortbogonal test of L9(34)was adopted to inspect tbe influence of volume of water,extract time and extract frequency on tbe extraction process.
