Objective To study the effect of Xuefuzhuyu decoction and its disassembled prescription on the protein expression of c - fos and c - jun in atherosclerosis vascular smooth muscle cells. Methods The rabbit models with atherosclerosis were established by high cholesterol diet. The protein expression of c- fos and c-jun in aortic artery were detected by immunohistochemistry assays.
