　　从古至今，医药学家在中医药理论指导下，不断吸收和应用历代总结的自然科学和社会科学理论与方法对中药药性理论进行研究，其理论研究方法繁多并各有利弊。本文结合本草和医学文献记载，从中药的理化特性、生物特性及生存特性等方面对中药药性理论研究方法作了初步探讨简述，从整体观、系统观的角度阐述中药药性，以期为研究新的药性理论提供思路，并为指导合理临床用药提供参考。
