张仲景在《伤寒论》中运用的某些关键字词在全书中起到了相当重要的作用.“反”字就属于这一类型中出现频率比较高的一个字.为了透彻了解该字在书中的含义及作用,更加精准地领悟这一经典著作,掌握辨证论治的关键,本文在全面分析《伤寒论》398条原文的基础上,总结了书中出现的所有“反”字,整理出了所有含该字的条文及其在各个篇章的分布,然后依据其含义与作用的不同,将之大致归纳为5类并且列举了某些有代表性的条文加以解析.
