线栓法制备大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞再灌注模型被普遍认为是标准局灶性脑缺血动物模型,具有无需开颅、损伤小、可重复、缺血时间可控、梗阻部位较明确、脑缺血损伤程度较稳定等优点而被广泛应用于缺血性脑血管疾病的研究。笔者结合实际操作经验和既往的文献报道,对线栓法制备大鼠大脑中动脉脑缺血再灌注模型谈几点体会,以供同仁参考。

The occlusion reperfusion model of middle cerebral artery in rats is widely believed to be the stan- dard focal cerebral isehemia animal model. It is widely used in isehemie cerebral vascular diseases with no need of craniotomy ,little damage, controllable, controllable time of ischemia, definite obstruction site and stable cerebral ischemia.
