糖尿病肾脏病是严重的糖尿病微血管病变,也是导致肾功能衰竭的重要原因之一.根据其临床特征及预后转归可归属于中医学"消渴""水肿""尿浊"等范畴.本文主要总结和讨论滋阴益气、活血解毒法在糖尿病肾脏病治疗中的运用,旨在为糖尿病肾脏病的中医治疗提供理论依据.
