目的 观察中药配合通络活关手法治疗肩周炎(急性期)的临床疗效.方法 患者80例按随机数字法分为对照组与治疗组各40例,对照组给予六味祛风活络膏外敷配合持续被动运动(CPM)机,治疗组给予中药配合通络活关手法治疗;两组治疗时间为2周,比较两组治疗前、治疗1周、2周、治疗后4周的McGill疼痛(SF-MFQ)评分,Constant-Murley肩关节(CMS)评分、临床生化指标及临床疗效.结果 治疗后两组SF-MFQ评分、CMS评分、临床生化指标均较治疗前改善(P＜ 0.05或P＜0.01),观察组改善更为显著(P＜ 0.05或P＜0.01);观察组临床总有效率为90.00％,高于对照组的82.50％(P＜ 0.05);观察组痊愈例数多于对照组(P＜0.01).结论 中...
