目的 观察四神丸对腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)模型大鼠脊髓中胃促生长素(Ghrelin)及其受体GHSR表达的影响.方法 将SPF级SD大鼠先随机分为正常组和造模组,造模组采用番泻叶灌胃加避水应激法制备脾肾阳虚型IBS-D大鼠模型,待模型复制成功后再将造模组随机分为模型组、得舒特组和四神丸高、中、低剂量组;灌胃14d后,免疫组化法检测脊髓组织Ghrelin、GHSR的阳性表达,RT-PCR法检测脊髓中Ghrelin、GHSR的mRNA表达.结果 模型组脊髓中Ghrelin、GHSR阳性细胞数增多、mRNA表达升高,与正常组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01);四神丸高、中剂量组脊髓Ghrelin、GHSR的阳性细胞数减少、mRNA表达降低,与模型组比...
