Safety of Honeysuckle Superfine Powder and Common Powder Repeated Administration in Rats

旨在观察金银花超微粉与普通粉对大鼠的长期毒性，为临床安全用药提供科学依据。将wist—ar大鼠140只，随机分为7组，即对照组，金银花超微粉低、中、高剂量组，金银花普通粉低、中、高剂量组。连续灌胃4周，分别于末次给药后及停药2周后，测定大鼠血液学、血液生化学、脏器系数、病理组织学变化。结果表明，给药期间各组大鼠血液学、血液生化学及脏器系数无异常变化，停药2周后，上述指标均正常。结果显示，给药期及恢复期重要脏器病理组织检查均未发现明显异常。说明金银花超微粉与传统粉重复用药对大鼠未见明显毒性反应，长期服用安全。

To observe the long-term toxicity of honeysuckle superfine powder and common powder in rats,provide scientific basis for clinical safety medication, 140 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 7 groupscontrol group, honeysuckle superfine powder and honeysuckle common powder low, medium, high dosegroups.
