目的 探讨参麦注射液对大鼠腹膜透析模型腹膜转运功能的影响。方法 运用腹膜透析模型，观察含参麦注射液的腹膜透析液对尿素氮(BUN)、菊糖的清除作用。结果 参麦注射液可提高腹膜对BUN、菊糖的清除率，其作用和对照药盐酸异丙肾上腺素相近。结论 参麦注射液可提高大鼠腹膜对BUN、菊糖的清除率。

Objective To study the effects of Shenmai Injection(SMI) on peritoneal transporting func tion of rats prepared as the model for peritoneal dialysis(PD).
