目的:研究麻口皮子药乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法:运用硅胶柱层析、HP-20、MCI、Sephadex LH-20、RP-18、薄层制备等方法进行分离,并通过理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从麻口皮子药的乙酸乙酯提取物中分离纯化了10个化合物,分别鉴定为:表芝麻素(Ⅰ)、辛夷脂素(Ⅱ)、桉脂素(Ⅲ)、(1R,2 R,5R,6 S)-2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-6-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-3,7-dioxab icyclo[3.3.0]octane(Ⅳ)、dimethoxysamin(Ⅴ)、rel-(1R,5 R,6S)-6-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-3,7-dioxab icyclo[3.3.0]octan-2-one(Ⅵ)、magnone A(Ⅶ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅷ)、β-香树脂醇(Ⅸ)、β-香树脂酮(Ⅹ)。结论:其中,化合物Ⅱ...

Objective：To study the chemical constituents of Zanthoxyli Cortex. Methods：The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel and HP-20, MCI gel, Sephadex LH -20 column chromatography, RP-18 and PTLC. Their structures were eluci- dated by the analysis of spectral data and chemical properties.
