　　目的 探讨早发冠心病血瘀证与血管紧张素转化酶(Angiotensin Converting Enzyme,ACE)基因单核苷酸多态性的相关性.方法 从ACE基因选取3个SNP位点rs4343、rs4293和rs4267385,建立基于飞行时间质谱分析技术的方法,检测各SNP位点的等位基因和基因分型,对比各组等位基因和各基因型频率.结果 ACE基因多态性位点rs4293、rs4267385的基因型相似,而ACE基因多态性位点rs4343基因型和等位基因的分布四组间的差异有显著性(P＜0.05),G等位基因频率高于与健康对照组(P＜0.05)；基因型频率的相对患病风险分析显示,ACE基因SNP位点rs4343基因型的G等位基因携带者(GG+AG)患早发冠心病的风险是非G等位基因携带...
