目的 探讨整合式教学在中医院校中西医结合精神病学本科教学中的应用效果。方法 首先以湖南某中医类院校2015级中西医结合临床专业两个本科教学班级为研究对象,将两个班级随机分为研究组（n=70）与对照组（n=66）,分别接受整合式教学与传统教学,在课程结束后通过考核及问卷调查评估教学效果。结果 研究组在理论成绩、临床操作技能、总成绩及课程满意度等方面均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 整合式教学可以提高中医院校本科生对于中西医结合精神病学的兴趣及专业知识掌握程度,有利于学生多方面综合素质的发展,在未来的教学中可尝试大规模推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of integrated teaching in undergraduate teaching of Chinesemedicine and western medicine combined with psychiatry in Chinese medicine hospitals.
