目的:探讨表皮生长因子受体（epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR）和Ki-67在结直肠癌（colorectal cancer,CRC）组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学染色检测100例CRC组织中EGFR和Ki-67蛋白的表达,并分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果:EGFR,Ki-67在CRC中的阳性表达率分别为70.0%,85.0%。EGFR的阳性表达在结直肠癌的不同分化程度和TNM分期中差异有统计学意义（P

Objective： To investigate the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor （EGFR） and Ki-67 proteins in colorectal cancer （CRC） and their clinical significance. Methods： qhe expression of EGFR and Ki-67 proteins was detected by immunohistochemical staining in 100 cases of CRC. Results： The positive rates of EGFR and Ki-67 proteins＇ expression were 70.0% and 85% in CRC.
