中医师承是中医教育中不可取代的方式,讲究一对一的口授心传,这种独具特色的人才培养方式在中医发展的长河中发挥着重要作用,对中医药文化的传承、发展和推动作用显著。然而目前中医药院校培养主要是院校教育,院校教育模式有一定的自身局限性,这种统一化教育不太符合中医的专业特征,也不利于各学派繁荣发展,因此结合与加强中医师承教育成为现代中医人才培养中一个重要的内容。就师承教育的概念、发展、与现代中医人才培养的比较、展望进行了阐述。

TCM disciple education is an irreplaceable way in Chinese medical education, which stresses dictationone-to-one and pass-on by heart. This characteristic way of personnel training has play a very important role inTCM development course.
