我国中医研究生教育至今已有40年历史,其教育体系已基本构成,但在教育事业发展的新形势下,中医研究生培养模式存在的问题日益凸显,人才培养模式的调整,成为近年来中医类院校高等教育的重要工作之一。阐述了我国中医研究生培养模式的现状及存在的问题,提出从完善培养方案、适应社会需求、加强研究生系统管理3个方面入手,旨在提高教育质量,为中医研究生培养模式的完善提供参考。
