Experimental Study on Effect of Xintongtai Granule on Blood Lipid and PDG-B in Atherosclerotic Mice

目的：探讨心痛泰颗粒对动脉粥样硬化小鼠血脂及PDGF-B作用的研究。方法：将ApoE-/-小鼠随机分成4组,予以高脂饲料喂养;野生型小鼠作为空白对照组,予以普通饲料喂养。将成模ApoE-/-小鼠随机分为模型组、心痛泰低、高剂量组和他汀组。分别予以生理盐水、心痛泰低、高剂量及阿托伐他汀钙片连续灌胃8周后,运用酶法检测TC、TG,比色法检测LDL-C、HDL-C,免疫组化法观察PDGF-B。结果：与空白组比较,模型组和心痛泰各组均能显著降低TC、TG、LDL-C（P〈0.05）,升高HDL-C（P〈0.05）,下调PDGF-B的阳性表达,且心痛泰高剂量组、他汀组优于低剂量组（P〈0.05）,但心痛泰颗粒高剂量组与他汀组组间无差异（P〉0...
