Study on Toxicity of Repeated Administration of Schisandra Super Powder and Common Powder

目的：观察五味子超微粉与普通粉重复给药及停药后的情况。方法：将140只大鼠按性别、体重随机分为7组,每组雌雄各10只。观察给药4周期间及停药后2周大鼠的一般状况、体重变化、血液学指标、血液生化学指标、脏器系数和组织病理学等指标变化。结果：各剂量组大鼠体重、血液学指标、血液生化学指标、脏器系数及各组织器官的病理形态较对照组均无明显改变（P〉0.05）;停药2周后,各项检查均正常。结论：五味子经超微粉碎后无毒性产生,对大鼠无明显损害。

Objective：To observe the situation of repeated administration and withdrawal of Schisandra superfine powder and common powder. Methods： 140 rats were randomLy divided into 7 groups according to sex and weight, each group of male and female 10 each.
