目的:观察解毒化痰通络验方联合常规西药治疗特发性面神经麻痹急性发作期的临床疗效.方法:采用随机数字表法将60例患者分为两组, 每组30例, 两组均予以常规西药基础治疗, 观察组同时给予解毒化痰通络经验方治疗, 两组均以2周为1个疗程, 连续治疗2个疗程.观察两组患者的HouseBrackmann (H-B) 面神经功能分级、TFGS评分、有效率、不良事件发生情况.结果:治疗4周后, 观察组有效率为93.3％, 对照组有效率为83.3％;且观察组面神经功能的House-Brackmann分级评估及TFGS面神经分级评分均优于对照组 (P
