Clinical Observation on Treatment of Phlegm-dampness Syndrome of Brain Metastasis from Breast Cancer Patients by"Zexie Decoction"and Gamma Knife

目的:观察加味泽泻汤联合伽马刀治疗乳腺癌脑转移痰湿阻络证患者的临床疗效。方法:将36例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各18例。治疗组予加味泽泻汤联合头部伽玛刀治疗乳腺癌脑转移瘤,对照组单纯予以伽马刀治疗。治疗1月后观察治疗后临床疗效及不良反应,比较治疗前后中医证候积分。结果:治疗组局部疗效为83.3%,对照组局部疗效为77.7%,两组差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）,神经系统不良反应治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P
