目的:观察古汉养生精片对气虚体质亚健康状态的临床疗效。方法:采用双盲设计,纳入气虚体质的亚健康患者60例,分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组患者服用古汉养生精片安慰剂,治疗组患者服用古汉养生精片,观察两组患者治疗前后中医证候评分、骨密度检查、AMH、精子活率、精子活动力等指标。结果:治疗前两组患者的神疲、懒言、气短、自汗、易感冒等症状评分比较,差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。治疗后治疗组患者的神疲、懒言、气短、自汗、易感冒等症状评分较治疗前降低（P0.05）。治疗前两组患者的骨密度、AMH、精子活率、精子总活力比较,差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）,治疗后治疗组患者的骨密度、...
