脱发问题严重影响患者的生活、工作和心理健康,其治疗日渐受到广大人民群众的关注。杨志波教授从事皮肤病临床工作40余载,在脱发疾病的中医病因病机和治疗方面都有丰富独到的经验。杨教授认为脱发主要与肝、脾二脏相关,并提出运用“三因制宜”理论,即“因地、因时、因人”制宜辨治脱发,以中药内服配合中药外治,内外同调,标本兼顾,取得较好临床效果。
