The Protective Effect of “Chaihu Shugan Powder”Combined with BMSCs Transplantion on the Myocardium of AMI Rat

目的:探讨骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)联合柴胡疏肝散对心肌梗死大鼠心肌组织的保护作用。方法:采用全骨髓贴壁法培养BMSCs。经结扎冠状动脉制备大鼠心肌梗死(AMI)模型。SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、AMI组(模型组)、BMSCs组、CHSG-L组(柴胡疏肝散小剂量+BMSCs移植)、CHSG-M组(柴胡疏肝散中剂量+BMSCs移植)、CHSG-H组(柴胡疏肝散大剂量+BMSCs移植)。BMSCs细胞悬液直接注入梗死区边缘心肌组织;中药或生理盐水经灌胃给予。各组干预7 d后,生化法测定大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)与丙二醛(MDA)含量;ELISA法检测大鼠血清低氧诱导因子(HIF-1α)表达;免疫组化法观察心肌血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)蛋白表达。结果:...
