Study on Relationship of CD34^＋,Fas（ CD95） and TNF-α in Bone Marrow with Chinese Medical Syndrome of Aplastic Anemia Based on Rat Model

目的：探讨再生障碍性贫血（aplastic anermia,AA）大鼠模型的骨髓中凋亡因子CD34~＋、Fas（CD95）、TNF-α表达与中医证型的关系。方法：将60只Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、心脾两虚组、脾肾阳虚组、肝肾阴虚组,每组12只。采用马利兰丙酮提取液腹腔注射制备大鼠AA模型,然后按相关文献方法加重模型大鼠的心脾两虚、脾肾阳虚、肝肾阴虚症状。检测各组大鼠的白细胞（WBC）、红细胞（RBC）、血小板（PLT）、血红蛋白（Hb）水平及其骨髓CD34~＋、Fas、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）表达情况。结果：1与正常组比较,其余各组大鼠的Hb、RBC、WBC、PLT水平均显著降低（P〈0.05）,提示造模成功;与...
