目的为确定湿疹喷雾剂的最佳提取工艺条件.方法建立了丹皮酚、黄芩苷的定量方法并用于评价工艺,采用正交实验设计优选该制剂的最佳提取方案.结果用80%乙醇回流提取两次;加醇量分别为药材量的10,8倍;回流时间分别为1.5,1.0 h;回流水浴温度控制在(90士2)℃左右.结论按此条件操作,提取效率最高,提取工艺最为合理.
