Objective To study Ultramicro Rhizoma Drynariae (herbal pieces prepared for decoction) and determine its constituents and content by HPLC fingerprint. Methods Chromatographic column: Hypersil BDS C18 (200 min× 4.6 mm, 5 μm) ; mobile phase: methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid in water in a gradient elution; column temperature: 25 ℃ ; flow rate: 1.0 mL/min; wavelength: 283 nm.
